Delivery terms – Lakka Home

Production times

Most Lakka Home products are made to order according to the size and color chosen by the customer.

Custom orders are usually produced within 2–3 weeks of the purchase date.
Each product is carefully crafted according to your wishes to ensure a high-quality result that fits perfectly into your home.

Ready-made products in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment.

If you need the product by a specific date (e.g., for a birthday, housewarming, or other celebration), please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the schedule.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by post, transport company, or courier service to the destination country and according to the delivery method selected at checkout.

Delivery costs and times depend on your location, the weight/size of the shipment, and the delivery method selected.

Estimated delivery times for standard delivery:

  • Finland and the Baltic countries: 1–2 business days
  • Nordic countries: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 6–14 business days

Estimated delivery times for express delivery:

  • EU countries: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of the world: 2–8 business days

These delivery times are estimates provided by shipping companies and are not binding guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, strikes, or weather conditions, for example.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code so you can track your shipment online.

Packaging

Each product is carefully and securely packaged for transport to ensure it arrives in good condition. Where possible, I use recyclable or reusable packaging materials.

If the package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us as soon as possible so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and find a suitable solution for you.
